Course Overview

Although I am currently a relationship and life coach, for several years my primary profession was in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer! As a trainer, I was very successful in helping my clients lose weight, improve their health, and learn the tools to maintain their health and fitness for a lifetime. I am now offering those same tools, combined with coaching, to my current community in an online nine-week coaching weight loss education program that is starting January 15th! This program will equip you with the education, the "how to", and the support to kick start or accelerate your weight loss journey.

  • How to read nutrition labels and understand macronutrients

  • How to use a food journal to track food and count calories

  • Healthy cooking techniques to expedite weight loss

  • Understanding your personal relationship to food

  • How to navigate eating out and successfully lose weight

  • How to transition into maintenance mode after you’ve reached your goal
